Peace Valley Outfitter's uses the Wildlife management unit 528 in northwestern Alberta. Our hunters are allowed 2 trophy black bears on their license per unit. Over the years we have had 100% success rate not counting any second bears.

Area 528 is not accessible by motor vehicle! Bear baiting is allowed and we hunt out of treestands over bait & spot & stalk. For transportation we use 4x4 quads and/or 8 wheel Argo amphibian. We use our new bush camp to hunt in 528.

This wildlife unit is producing colour phase bears ( 35 % ) ranging from blond cinnamon to chocolate brown with a average weight of 300 lbs. Bears in the 400 lbs range have been harvested by hunters yearly.

Living here has given me the opportunity to locate bear dens last fall so guess where I'll be setting up my baits?

This particular bear was harvested in September by a New York client.

All Hunts are based on 2 hunters 1 guide.

In camp meals and bedding are provided
Hunting Licenses are not included on any hunt
All funds are in US dollars plus 6% GST
50% deposit is required to secure the hunt
